Registration Form

Come join us on World Down Syndrome Day 3/21/20 - from 2-4pm! We'd love to celebrate with anyone who would like to join! No host food & beverage (everyone will order on their own from the menu). We are gathering at Worthy Brewing in Bend Oregon and Worthy is giving us the Beermuda Triangle room so we can visit and sit together! Registration is helpful to plan for space, but not required.
